Fred’s career spans 44 years in the telecommunications industry. He has held management positions at Illinois Bell Telephone and AT&T in the installation, repair and support staff departments, and was Director of Customer Service at Illinois Bell Communications.

Bev gained this experience while employed at Illinois Bell and AT&T.

Bill brings over two decades of experience to Tel Assist from Illinois Bell and Ameritech.

Deb brings 22 years of AT&T/Lucent telecommunications experience to Tel Assist. She was previously an industry end-user and vendor.
